Group Fitness Classes are categorized by Complexity and Intensity.
L—Low M—Moderate H—High
This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all major muscle groups and is set to music. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for most ages and fitness levels.

HIIT – HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
Don’t be intimidated by the name. There are always multiple options for newer and seasoned exercisers. This class uses a variety of equipment, time intervals and athletic movements to keep your whole body moving strong and smart.
Complexity – M | Intensity – M/H
Similar to HIIT, but with simpler movements and shorter time intervals. Twenty seconds of work and ten seconds of rest are alternated throughout the class.
Complexity – L/M | Intensity – M/H
A full body workout using the bikes for a portion of the cardio training. Participants will combine riding time with other equipment and athletic exercises performed off the bike. Wear regular athletic shoes for this class.
Complexity – L/M | Intensity – M/L
An excellent cardio and lower-body workout designed to feel like a real road ride. Each rider has total control over his/her own intensity, making this class great for the brand new and the experienced rider. Traditional yoga postures fluidly linked together. Improve your posture, balance, strength and flexibility while you rejuvenate your inner self.
Complexity – M | Intensity – M
An entry level class perfect for those new to yoga, as well as those who have yoga experience and enjoy the benefits of a soothing yoga practice. The connection between the body and the breath, flexibility and stress release are of primary focus in this class.
Complexity – L | Intensity – L
ACTIVE ADULT WEIGHT TRAINING
A weight room class coached by a personal trainer. Each participant receives his/her own plan based on personal needs and goals. Class ends with a group stretch. Plan to meet with the trainer the first time you come to help get you started.
