2009 Summer Swim Team

The ESTC Swim Team is a great opportunity for juniors ages six through high school to participate on a recreation summer swim team. No prior team experience is necessary. Participants should be able to swim free style one length of the pool. Practices will emphasize building endurance and skill refinement in a team environment.

Begins Monday, June 22nd
Schedule:
Group 1 (ages 9 & under) 8:00AM – 8:45AM
Group 2 (ages 10 & over) 8:45AM – 9:45AM
Swim meet schedule will be available at the first practice.

Masters Swim Workout

Coached workouts tailored to your goals.
June 3 – August 29
Wednesdays 6:15AM – 7:15AM
Saturdays 8:30AM – 9:30AM
